Alisha is such an incredible warm and gentle practitioner. As someone who is genuinely terrified of needles, not only did she have the patience to bear with me, she had the empathy, tools and catered my appointment to make me feel comfortable. I'm so pleased with the outcome of my results, and that was immediately after the treatment. Her knowledge is great and her honesty around what is and isn't achievable is so appreciated because it means you are being considered as a human and not just as a customer. I had a brilliant experience with Alisha. From the first consultation she made me feel comfortable, listened to and validated. She is clearly so knowledgable in her area and she really goes the extra mile. On the day of treatment, we went over my areas of concern again (I was confident she knew exactly what I was hoping to achieve) and my result was fantastic. Had my first treatment today and it was really good. All of my questions were answered and Livara was very patient with me. Also, treatment was natural and exactly what I wanted. I was really nervous and apprehensive before meeting Alisha but as soon as i walked in, she set my mind at ease. I had been considering mid face filler for a while and after the email consultation and looking at her work, i knew she could help me achieve the natural glow i was looking for. During my treatment, she went through everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. She made sure i was happy with the final result, even tweaking the areas that i felt needed a touch more. I had my first ever dermal filler today with Alisha. I’ve been thinking about this for 6 years and previously booked with a different practitioner but ultimately I didn’t feel comfortable. Eventually I stumbled upon Alisha. I knew she would be the person I would go with. I was so nervous but she calmed my nerves right down she is patient, cautious and very meticulous. I felt zero pressure from her at all, and I know if I chose to not proceed with the treatment she would have not tried to convince me to stay. Her consultation was thorough, and even before I came to her practice I appreciated our prior correspondence where she spoke in depth about her style of work and what the process would be like. I never wanted anything overly obviously only small changes that would improve my confidence and maintain the essence of my nose. Alisha listened to this, and took it on board completely. For that I’m really grateful, and I’m so pleased with the results, the small things I disliked about my nose have been improved and I still feel like the change isn’t large enough for anyone else to obviously notice. Alisha was very professional, answered all questions and allayed any concerns before, during and after the process. I was made to feel very comfortable. The clinic is bright, clean and nicely decorated. There is free parking and it is easy to get to. Amazing experience - I’m new to filler and wanted natural looking results that would just make me look a bit ‘fresher’ without being noticeable that I’ve had anything done.
