Step 1
Book a free online consultation

Fill out our form to request a free online consultation. Here, you can describe your concerns and upload a few photos of yourself. We’ll review your information and get in touch to arrange a date and time for a video call for your online consultation.

Step 2
Have the online consultation

During your online consultation, we’ll chat about your aesthetic goals and what you hope to achieve. We’ll also give you tailored advice about suitable treatments, their details and costs. Our focus is on being realistic and providing you with all the information you need, so you’ll know exactly what to expect. This is also your opportunity to ask as many questions as you want, whether they’re about your unique facial features or concerns about the procedure itself.

And don’t worry; we don’t expect you to decide whether you want to proceed with treatment or not during our chat. In fact, we encourage all our patients to take their time to digest everything before deciding. There’s no rush or pressure from our side, we promise!

Step 3
Secure your appointment

If you wish to proceed with treatment, a £50 deposit will be required to secure your appointment. This non-refundable deposit is redeemable against your treatment cost.

We’ll send you a reminder of your treatment and time-slot the day before your treatment is scheduled, including a reminder of our clinic’s location.

In case you need to reschedule, we offer flexibility provided you give us at least 48-hours’ notice.

Step 4
Treatment day
Before your treatment

When you arrive for your appointment, you’ll be warmly welcomed into our treatment room. From this moment until you leave our clinic, you’ll be in our safe hands, and we’ll guide you through everything.

Before we start your treatment, we’ll review your information again in case anything has changed since your online consultation. We’ll discuss your aesthetic goals, expected results, and any questions or concerns you may have. We’ll also take a medical history and ask you to fill out a treatment consent form.

Depending on your specific treatment, we might also conduct a patch test to ensure safety, especially for treatments like hyaluronidase injections. With your permission, we’ll also take before and after photos to track your progress.

During your treatment

Next, we’ll begin your treatment. We’ll clean the treatment area with a gentle antiseptic and apply numbing cream for your comfort. We’ll then perform precise injections and work the area to achieve your desired results while maintaining a natural and balanced appearance. We’ll explain each step before we do it, so you’ll know exactly what to expect. 

To ensure your comfort and safety, we only use high-quality products from brands we trust and rely on the latest proven techniques. We are not only highly qualified but also experienced in delivering effective treatments with a strong focus on safety. We are trained to handle any complications, although they are rare, to prioritise your safety.

After your treatment

After your treatment is done, we’ll provide you with clear aftercare instructions for your specific treatment to help you recover quickly and smoothly. These instructions include what to do and what to avoid, what to do in case of any concerns, and easy-to-follow guidelines on how to best maintain your results. You’ll also receive a leaflet with these instructions to take home with you.

Step 5
Ongoing support

A few days after your treatment, we will follow up with you to monitor your progress and answer any questions you might have.

Additionally, we offer an optional in-person follow-up review two weeks after your initial treatment. However, this is your personal choice and most of our clients choose not to schedule one because they’re usually delighted with their results.
